Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not been shipped or processed. Once an order has been dispatched or marked as shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

  • Itmadsites reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

2.Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds are available for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product and provide clear photographs or evidence of the issue. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

3.Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain products may be non-refundable or non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    • Perishable goods

    • Personal care items

    • Digital products or downloadable content

    • Items marked as “Final Sale”

    • Customize wallpapers are not refundable
